Quality Objectives – Bishop Aviation Inc. has established the following measurable Quality Objectives to maintain BAI's focus on meeting customer expectations and requirements, and to drive continual improvement.

• Obtain and maintain ISO 9001:2008 and AS 9100 Certification
• Provide on-time shipments of 95% minimum
• Maintain product conformity of 95% minimum
• Continually improve our Quality Management System

These objectives are reviewed against performance goals at each management review meeting, and they are reviewed annually for suitability.
